BIOGRAPHY

Terri Lewis serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Landstar. She is responsible for talent acquisition and retention, leadership effectiveness, learning and development, succession planning, organizational design, total rewards, employee relations, and human resources compliance.

Lewis joined Landstar in 2026, and previously held management positions with One Call, Pontoon Solutions, PSS World Medical (now McKesson Corporation), CHEP USA (a unit of Brambles Limited), and the Plastics Division of General Electric.  

She holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Clemson University and a Master of Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina.

Lewis and her husband, Fletcher, live in Jacksonville, Florida, and have one child.
